The articles are to be submitted in an electronic form, edited in MS WORD, to the following address: sjls@us.edu.pl
The article should be no shorter than 8 and no longer than 18 standard MS WORD pages (i.e. 3 500 – 7 500 words, including footnotes).
Font Times New Roman 12, fully justified.
Spaces between lines 1,5.
Margins: top – 2,5, bottom – 2,5, left – 2,5, right – 2,5.

Bibliography – is to be found at the end of the article, according to the following template:

Books:

The Editorial Committee kindly asks Authors to submit their articles in English or German, after they have been proof read (preferably by a native speaker).
All texts should include an abstract with key words identified (225 characters) and a summary (700 – 1500 characters) – both in English.

All texts to be published in the „Silesian Journal of Legal Studies” are subject to a review by the Editorial Committee and the Scientific Board of SJLS as well as to a peer review of independent reviewers.
