CALL FOR PAPERS FOR THE SILESIAN JOURNAL OF LEGAL STUDIES
The Silesian Journal of Legal Studies (SJLS) is an annual peer-reviewed journal. Its aim is to eliminate borders and overcome obstacles in spreading ideas, opinions and information on the law and different legal systems. The SJSL aspires to be a discussion forum for Polish and foreign lawyers representing various branches of law.
The journal’s target readers are academics and practicing lawyers as well as other individuals who are interested in various legal issues. Although the Journal publishes critical articles that consider different branches of domestic legal systems, comparative contributions on law and practice at global, regional or sub-regional levels as well as theoretical works are also warmly welcome. It also publishes shorter reviews on books and conferences.
The Editorial Committee invites researchers from Polish and foreign universities to contribute to forthcoming issues of SJLS.
All submissions must be original, unpublished works, not under consideration elsewhere.
The Editorial Committee welcomes articles (approximately 40,000 characters in length, including footnotes) and reviews (approximately 10,000 characters).
Articles submitted for consideration should be written in English, although publications in other congress languages are not excluded. They should be submitted to email@example.com as an e-mail attachment.
